Thank you to all of our volunteers, Iron Mountain Athletic Department, Kingsford Middle School, IM-K Credit Union, the D.A.M. Photographer, Shirt Tails, Logo Sportswear, Norway EyeCare and all of the awesome participants.  We had a great time and hope you did too!

Show-off your school spirit in a healthy way!  Join us for the inaugural Rivalry Run.  There will be both a competitive and non-competitive 5K run/walk as well as a fun 1 mile course.  The event will start and finish at the Northern Lights YMCA with an awards ceremony to follow.  Chip timing will be used.

FAQ's

What is the temperature in Iron Mountain that time of year?
According to Weather.com, the average high is 61 degrees and the average low is 38 degrees.  Please dress accordingly. 

Where should I park?
Parking will be available at the Northern Lights YMCA - 800 Crystal Lake Blvd.  Please park on either side of the building, not in the front.

What will I receive for participating?
All participants will receive a t-shirt - different colors available to support your school of choice. T-shirt sizes or colors not guaranteed to late registrants.

What does the course look like?

Will there be awards?
Yes!  There will be awards for age group winners as well as top male and female finishers in each event.

When is the last day to register?
The last day to register will be Thursday, October 4.


Where do I pick-up my race packet?
Packets can be picked up Friday at the YMCA between 9am-4pm  or Saturday morning 7a-9a. Chip Timers will be distributed prior to the start of your event.

What is the cancellation policy?
Sorry, there are no refunds or deferrals to future years.
