Directions for Online Registration/Donation Fill out this form as directed. Once you get to the end of this form, DO NOT click on "Submit". First click on the Paypal button. This will bring you to the Paypal screen where you can pay with credit card, debit card or your personal Paypal account. Once your Paypal transaction is complete, close that screen and then click on "Submit". To Register for a Program Fill out form and indicate the program you would like to register for and the age level, if necessary. Please fill out one form for each child, for each activity. To Donate Funds Fill out form and indicate "Donation" in the Program Information Section. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call our office to pay over the phone or stop by our office. Program spots are not reserved until the program is paid in full. You will receive confirmation of online registration within 24 hours, via email.
